A standard psychotherapy session is usually about 45-minutes. We can accomplish quite a lot in this time period, especially if you are highly motivated and arrive ready to focus on your challenges and goals.

Please arrive at the scheduled time or just a few minutes early.

NOTE: Stephen works from multiple locations, so please take note of the one he arranges for your visit.

* Session day and timing is subject to Stephen's availability. 48-hour cancellation policy required. If you cancel in less that 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time, you will be responsible for the full session cost.
